Start your cultural journey with an enchanting Barong Dance Performance, a traditional Balinese dance that depicts the eternal battle between good and evil. This mesmerizing show, accompanied by the sounds of a live gamelan orchestra, offers a deep insight into Bali’s rich mythology and artistic heritage.
Next, we take you to a local Balinese home, where you will experience authentic Balinese culture firsthand. This is not just a visit – you will be fully immersed in daily Balinese life, engaging directly with the locals.
One of the highlights of this experience is learning how to create Canang Sari, the beautiful daily offerings made by Balinese Hindus. Under the guidance of your local host, you will craft your own offering using fresh flowers and coconut leaves while learning about its spiritual significance.
To enhance your cultural experience, you will also have the opportunity to dress in traditional Balinese attire. Feel the essence of Balinese culture as you wear the elegant clothing typically used for ceremonies and rituals. This is a rare and exclusive experience that not all tourists have the opportunity to enjoy. With Mai Kebali Tour, you gain access to the heart of Balinese culture through our close connections with the local community. We have specially designed this tour for those who seek an authentic and immersive cultural experience.
Afterwards, you will be treated to an authentic Balinese meal, freshly prepared by your host. This home-cooked feast is served in a traditional way—on a beautifully decorated banana leaf platter, without the use of plates, allowing you to enjoy a truly local dining experience.
To end your meal on a sweet note, you will be served a traditional Balinese dessert, such as Dadar Gulung (Balinese coconut pancake) or Klepon (sweet rice cake filled with palm sugar), along with a cup of authentic Balinese coffee to complete the experience.
After this immersive cultural experience, we continue our journey to Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali’s most stunning natural attractions. Enjoy the breathtaking view, take a refreshing dip, or capture beautiful moments in this lush tropical setting.
The adventure doesn’t stop there! We then head to Ubud Monkey Forest, a sacred sanctuary home to hundreds of playful long-tailed macaques. Walk through the mystical forest, explore the ancient temple ruins, and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this iconic destination.
