- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email or other communication channels provided by the customer.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour starts.
- No refund for cancellations made within the day of the tour or in case of a no show.
- In the event of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by the tour guide.
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.. Certain activities may have fitness or age restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, delays, or natural disasters).
- Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during the tour.

Bookings with Mai Kebali Tour can be made instantly or on request, depending on the agreed terms. Prices are available in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and other currencies. Once a booking transaction is successfully completed, the buyer will receive a voucher and a payment receipt via email as proof of the transaction. Please check your inbox and spam folder; if the email is in the spam folder, mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure smooth communication in the future. If the buyer does not receive the voucher, they should contact us at maikebalitour@gmail.com. Buyers must print the voucher or save it as an e-voucher on their device, as it must be presented to Mai Kebali Tour staff when using the service. All payments made via credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards are processed through a Payment Gateway secured by International Standard Security Scanning.
