What To Bring

Change of Clothes : Extra set of dry clothes and underwear for after the holy spring purification ritual and waterfall visit.
Towel : A towel to dry off after the cleansing ritual (Melukat) and waterfall.
Comfortable Footwear or Water Sandals Shoes or non-slip sandals suitable for walking around rice field trails, temple steps, and wet waterfall areas.
Camera or Smartphone: To capture photos of the traditional house, temples, and Tegenungan Waterfall.
Cash (IDR) For personal expenses, snacks, coconut drinks, or local souvenirs.

Important Information

Temple Custom & Restriction Women during their menstruation period are strictly prohibited by Balinese tradition from entering sacred temple grounds and participating in the purification ritual (Melukat).
Moderate Physical Activity This tour involves walking down and climbing back up stairs at Tegalalang Rice Terrace and Ulun Petanu Waterfall. Comfortable walking shoes or water sandals are recommended.
Preparation for Water Ritual You will get completely soaked during the Melukat blessing ritual and waterfall visit. Please make sure to bring a set of dry clothes and a towel.
